A little about me...
I love donkeys, Swaledale sheep, and the Yorkshire Dales! There's simply no place like it on Earth. This is why I have brought my healing gift to the county of Yorkshire.
And yes, I also have a foreign name... I come from Bulgaria, the country of roses. I grew up in a small village in the countryside, in a family with healing roots and with the love of my very wise grandmother.

Donkeys are amazing but if we overload them they will try to keep their balance for a while until they will reach a breaking point.

Our bodies are the same, they get overloaded with trauma, stress, disease and even our own negative beliefs. Our bodies try to maintain a balance to keep us functioning but the bigger the load, the more energy it takes to keep the balance until it breaks.

Biodynamic craniosacral therapy involves you lying fully clothed on a treatment table while the therapist makes gentle contact with different parts of your body, with your consent, and simply listens without intention to your body's wisdom, which guides the treatment.

The power of the therapist lies in their ability to be unconditionally present. They create a safe relational field with your body, through which your body can unburden itself of physical, emotional and mental burdens and return to the vitality of Health.
