Aftercare Advice

Rest and Reflect

Take time to rest and integrate the insights and experiences from your session. Reflect on any emotions, sensations, or messages that arose during the healing process.

Stay Hydrated

Drink plenty of water to help flush out any toxins released during the session and to support your body's natural healing processes.


Be gentle with yourself in the days following your session. Allow yourself to feel any emotions that may arise without judgment. Practise self-compassion and kindness towards yourself.

Grounding Exercises

Engage in grounding exercises such as walking barefoot in nature, gardening, or practising mindfulness to help anchor yourself in the present moment.


Consider keeping a journal to record your thoughts, feelings, and insights. Writing can be a powerful tool for processing emotions and gaining clarity.

Nourish Your Body

Eat nourishing foods that support your overall well-being. Pay attention to what your body needs and honour its signals.

Seek Support

Reach out to friends, family, or a trusted therapist if you need additional support or someone to talk to about your healing journey.

Follow-Up Sessions

Depending on your individual needs and goals, you may benefit from scheduling follow-up sessions with me to further explore and deepen your healing process.
